STATEMENT ON THE POLICY OF ROSNEFT BUNKER IN THE FIELD OF INDUSTRIAL SAFETY.
Rosneft bunker strictly complies with the industrial safety legislation and pursues a comprehensive industrial protection strategy. The company pays great attention to personnel safety, accident and injury rate reduction,and creation of decent labor conditions. While these issues are prioritized over any other organizational and technical issues, Rosneft bunker also continues to increase its level of health, security and fire safety performance in the oil industry.
Rosneft's top health, safety, and environmental (HSE) priorities are:
- Compliance with the requirements of international, federal and regional legislation in the field of industrial safety, regulatory legal and local regulatory documents;
- Planning and implementation of production activities in accordance with established objectives to reduce the risk of incidents and accidents;
- Informing and advising contractors, counterparts, the public on issues of industrial safety;
- Continuous improvement of the industrial safety management system to reduce risks.
REQUIREMENTS TO CONTRACTING AND SUBCONTRACTING ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF INDUSTRIAL SAFETY, LABOR PROTECTION AND ENVIRONMENT (SES)
Rosneft Bunker places high demands on ensuring industrial safety, labor protection and environmental protection for all contractors and subcontractors.These requirements apply to the implementation by counterparties of a systematic approach to ensuring the safety of operations with regular monitoring and reporting, which include timely and complete reporting of incidents with consequences.
In accordance with the Company's policy regarding HSE requirements, all contractors and subcontractors are required to:
- Comply with the applicable regulatory legal requirements of the Russian Federation, international standards, rules and standards of the company in terms of compliance with the requirements of the HSE;
- Inform Rosneft Bunker about all cases of non-compliance with the requirements regarding the HSE in written form;
- identify in a timely manner the dangers associated with their work activities, as part of the provision of its services;
- Implement the necessary procedures and control systems to minimize any adverse impacts on HSE.
